GMPP Hurst Question
Hey guys, did a search, couldn't find my answer.
Is the GMPP Hurst Short Throw ever coming out? I know some of you will say, 'Just order it off the internet from Hurst themselves" but I ordered the STS with the car back in November of 2008, so I have been waiting for awhile. The parts desk says that the old Part # for the Hurst does not work anymore. If it is ever gonna come out, I will wait a bit longer, but otherwise I am gonna ask my dealer for a refund on the shifter.

I think it's on hold indefinitely. I know you already mentioned it but I'll say it any way. It's super easy to install the Hurst shifter and it's only $319. Why deprive yourself for a product that will probably never come or just end up being the same thing? I could see if you didn't have your car yet and wanted it to be on the build sheet but since you already have it whats the diff. Take the plunge you won't regret it!

Sounds kinda like the GM Performance Air Box. I heard they won't be available until October.
