weird sound coming from new camaro - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

So I have had my camaro for 2 weeks now. at around 800km. lately I have noticed that the engine (or whatever part under the hood) is making a distinctive water flowing sound when I press the pedal, even when in N. It's not always there but sometimes I do notice it. And I just hate this impurity of the V8 sound.

One other thing is a high pitched static sound coming from the steering wheel which does not make sense. I suspect it is the air intake. again this sound isn't always there but I'd say most of the time it is.

Anyone has any ideas regarding my issues? I'm taking it to the dealer tmr to change the oil and rear differential oil. I will let them check it out but since the sounds are not always there I dont know that they can do.
