2002 Camaro B4C Special Service Coupe. Price Reduced

Only 15,200 miles on this beautiful Camaro. Stored winters in a heated garage and never driven in bad weather.

This is a rare Camaro! I just received some information that makes it appear that the car is a one of two identical B4Cs built in 2002. It came factory equipped with the rare (for cop cars) six speed manual transmission, a factory installed short throw Hurst Shifter and factory installed chrome wheels.

Only 18 red, manual transmission cars were built in 2002 out of the 708 total B4C cars that were assembled. I have documentation on 13 of the 18 built and none are equipped like this one. Option records state that it is one of two Camaro.

This B4C Camaro was originally part of a fleet order for a major university, but never went into law enforcement service. It was first sold to a Camaro collector who owned the car from 2002 to 2007. In that time period, he only put 400 miles on the vehicle.

Known by the Chevrolet Option Code B4C, the Special Service Coupes were built at the Camaro plant in Quebec and are Z-28's without any badges. There are a few minor differences from a stock Z-28, the most significant being all B4C cars came with 1LE rear control arms that keep the car stuck to the ground in the curves. There is quite a bit of documentation for the vehicle including the original window sticker, service records, delivery records from GM and confirmation records on it's potential one of two status. Me too!!!! Thanks for the comment - it is a sweet car - hoping it goes to someone who will keep it nice.

I have talked to a gentleman in Chicago who has the duplicate of this car but with a leather interior.

He said, "on these rare cars, we are the caretaker of the car, not the owner". His point being the rare cars need to be preserved.

Wow Tony - sorry to see you getting rid of it.

Anyone interested in the car, its supper clean as I have seen this car in person. Its very sharp and the pics, all though nice, don't do it justice.

It is a beautiful car that needs to go to a home where it will be pampered. It has been cared for since new! The car could easily go back to Canada where it was born! I guess I should add I was born in Canada also! Toronto.

i also have a B4C special service camaro, mine is a 2002 NBM B4C, auto... i have confirmation from a website called Compnine.com that used your VIN to show all RPO codes and tells you how many were made just like it. mine shows that mine is 1 of 2 with the same build code for 2002. so i guess this makes my car pretty valuable?
