Black Chrome PVD on RY 2SS/RS

Well, I decided to switch over to black chrome PVD wheels from U.S. Wheel Exchange since they right down the road from me. I previously had polished aluminum on the car.

I have to say, I absolutely love the black chrome on this color. It is what was missing. The pictures do not do this justice. They look darker in the pictures than they actually are. Looks much better in person. They are dark from one angle and then lighter from another. I think black chrome on the brighter colors (like RY, IOM and VR) looks very good. I also like the bright chrome PVD but for RY I think the black is perfect. It gives the car a more sinister look. It also looks more like the midnight silvers look on the GM website.

I'm not sure. Never heard of hyper black. Is that a color or coating?

Here is the wheel set on eBay. It is an exchange price. If you are out of state you pay a core charge until you return your original set. Search the C5 forumn as well. Others here have done group buys.

Id like to see better pictures of wheels in light. I can't decide with this or the hyper black thread that's a couple down. These look alot darker but it could just be the pictures?
