I voted G8. That car is really over-the-top. It competes, in essence, with higher cars in the BMW lineup, and that impresses me.

The Challenger is overpriced for its features. If it were priced with the Camaro, then it would be an easy choice for the Challenger. I could get a Corvette for that price, and a Corvette is better than a Challenger.

I hate the Honda Fit almost as much as I hate Spangles commercials. If you've never seen one, thank God for it right now.

The Hyundai Genesis is cool, but it is Hyundai's first attempt at impressing the public with legitimate performance. It won't win every category as a result. Despite this, the underdog factor makes it a sort of Cinderella story.

The Pontiac Vibe needs to be rethought. It has improved, but it isn't worthy of Car of the Year.

The Toyota Corolla is boring.

The Toyota Matrix is weird.

The Nissan GT-R is really great, but it won't win because the Nurburgring scandal will show that this car is overrated, overpriced, and underwhelming to drive.

The other cars on the list have a lot of perk, but they just don't stand out, and I think that a car should stand out to win this award. What is so great about the Acura TSX. It hasn't introduced something new to the market. It's just another Acura.

I don't know much about some of those cars but the Challenger and G8 won't win. GTR might because of all the hype, but it might not for the same reason. Vibe/Matrix/Corolla are esentially the same car and cars like that rarely win because they never stand out. I'm thinking that the Genesis might actually get it.

GT-R will get the win, most likely. It is to the automotive media what Barack Obama is to the mainstream media.

Anyone who votes for the blandtastic Corolla will get a fist to the face through their computer, like so:

imo each car is different in its own terms. u cant say a certain car is better than the other when each is priced different and is out to do something the other is is not wheter it be econmical or go fast or just me a luxary car.

imo i picked the new mazda6. the reason behide this is mazda took the old 6 and re-designed it from the ground up. it looks the part it is efficent for a v6 and has plently over power to move u through town. the inside of the thing is amazing. fully loaded with the navi it is priced at $35,487(price from mazda of toronto) which i think is pretty damn reasonable.

but what will win i perosnaly think that the g8 will win b/c of all the attention it has gathered up

The genesis is overpriced? It is like getting 7 series BMW for half price....

That car has a ton to offer for just over 40k. Or is this referring to the 300 hp genesis coupe? The one that is to compete with the camaro and mustang?

The Genesis (if you are speaking of the luxury sedan) is so sweet. It is very copy cat in design but for the price there is no car on the luxury market that offers as much for the price.
