Photohop help please! Victory Red LT RS with Black stripes - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Can a photoshop expert please help me out. I have a Victory Red LT RS with Black stripes. On the factory stripes there is an approx 1cm wide stripe that goes around the outside of the think stripes. Can someone photoshop my car with the thick black stripes and a white thin strip that outlines the think strip? Thanks in advanced!!!

I tried my comp wont let me.. Could you grab a pic off google. I more concerned with a hood shot. Thank you so much for tryin to help me out.
