Thoughts on RS package and polished wheels

Hey,

I ordered the RS package but chose to get the polished wheels instead of the RS wheels. I've already paid for the RS package and then on top of that had to pay for the polished wheels.

My question is: Should I be given a credit for not using the RS wheels and going to the polished? Or am I going to have to eat this cost?

I was even thinking along the lines of a car cover or credit towards one, because I'm not quite sure how much those RS wheels are worth.

Input appreciated, thanks.

Being that the RS package offers items that cost a lot more seperatly then
the package itself. I would think there would not be a significant credit in referance to the RS wheel finish. Certainly no where near the $470 up charge for the polished wheels.

I hate to ask you to read through this closed thread, but I did the price breakdown for the polished wheels.

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66202

The issue at hand is that the SS comes with "Polished" which is not the same as the Q9J polished you get if you add the RS, and upgrade. I've been planning on taking a picture of SS polished, MS, and Q9J RS upgrade polished to see the difference.

When your wheels are real clean you can see the difference. You can however clean up the MS, and the average person wouldn't know.
