Blue Tooth On Star PDIM Part #
Hello all, Let me start off by saying I know that there have been threads on this but I just need the part Numbers for the parts that I would need to get my 1SS to have blue tooth and other stuff. Like the steering wheel controls.( I have those part numbers.
Thank 1) the PDIM on star Part number. Also how many different ones are there for the camaro? 2) I know that gm will have to re due my computer to reconise the new PDIM. Am I missing anything else? Thank you for your time, Bill Baranowski |

baranowski, the PDIM part number is 92244580. However, the PDIM does not give OnStar Bluetooth, it will only give audio Bluetooth. There is only one PDIM and it comes with the PDIM module, wiring harness and USB/AUX port.
The stereo update should take about 20 - 40 minutes. The only way to get Bluetooth as of now is to get your hands on a OnStar Bluetooth module, part # 20842731

I am confused, on star blue tooth and audio blue tooth? I want to be abile to use my personal cell phone over the camaro's speakers to make calls. So wich one is that?
I do no really care about on star. I do not plan on renewing with them after the trial period. Basicly the GM executives owe me a favor, and to be abile to use my Cell phone hands free in the car seems to be my best bet. I was also going to try and get the steering wheel controls programed at the same time on GM's dime. So is the OnStar module # 20842731 what I need? Thank you for your time, Bill Baranowski |

Nope, that's all you would need. Just the module. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
