I get some serious buzzing at 1400 and 2100 RPMs that anyone who rides in my car hears. Anyone know what it could be?

where does it seem like it's coming from?

Outside of the vehicle... it's much more pronounced with the windows down, but I can't tell if its coming from the front or the back. Just revving to 1400 doesnt seem to do it, but the same sound happens on the highway or if you are revving it in neutral at a .5 MPH roll.

That should be easy to find on a lift, since it does it sitting still. I'd take it to the dealer or drop by a muffler shop and see if they can check it out for you.

I'm experiencing a buzzing at 1200 rpm in all gears (6-speed, 2ss). I think it is coming from the right rear, outside of the car. Is this simillar to the problem you are having? Have you narrowed down the problem?

I had the same problem. It is probably your left or right muffler. A few cars have had problems with the baffles being bad. It buzzes at certain rpm's. Take it in. There was a TSB on how to test for it on here somewhere.

I stretched the body to make it a 4 door, but I swapped in the 3.6L DI V6 for fuel economy. Then I picked up a corvette body around the V8. I also swapped the body for a C2 Z28. (In short I traded it for three cars, a Corvette Z06r, a C2 Camaro Z28, and a Cadillac CTS Summer Performance package 3.6L DI with Aisin 6spd.)
