Drivers Side Seat Warmer Moves a Little

A couple of days ago I took my 2SS/RS in to the dealer for her first oil change. I had noticed from day one that I could feel a little something in the seat move when I turned left or right at low speeds so I asked them to check it out. It took them a little while to figure out what I was feeling, but It turns out it is the seat warmer. They are not sure what they could do to fix it right now, but they have put in a request to Technical Support about the issue and will advise me on what they say. Has anyone else noticed this?

Strange? Maybe they could take off the leather cover and bolt it down?

They told me they have no way to attach the leather cover to the heating element of the seat warmer. That is why they don't know what they would do to fix the problem. I am hoping technical support will give them a solution.

They should be able to fix that under warranty or give you a new seat. Nothing should be moving around inside your seat

I certainly agree with you, but they are telling me they have to have to be able to justify the replacement to GM and at this point I don't guess they think they could. Hopefully Technical support with come though with a solution. Honestly it is not a huge thing as I have driven the car as is for 5600 miles, but it should be fixed none the less.

I would think that you being a paying customer would justify a replacement. Good luck with it
