Bug stains in clear bra

Ok...so after cleaning off the 1,000,000 bugs I destroyed on my way back from Valdosta I noticed that some bugs have left a yellow stain that will not wipe off.

I have tried 2 different Bug and Tar removers. It seems like the clear bra is stained with this yellow color.

Can you bleach a clear bra- should I use some sort of stain stick?

Anybody else have bug stains?

thanks...

Use isopropyl rubbing alchohol. But its very important that you DO NOT RUB IT IN. All you need to do is put some on a microfiber, dab the area with the stain, and then let it sit. It will absorb into the film and then as the alchohol evporates out of it the bug stain will lift out as well. After a few hours comes back and wipe off with a detailer. Do not use bug and tar remover on film... it can damage it. You also need to look at gettign a good sealant for your film. That will prevent bugs from staining it in the future. I suggest a product made my LP AeroPlastics.

It is excellent for sealing clear bras up and preventing bug stains, bird dropping etchings, and just makes the film very slick and glossy.

If you use alcohol use it only at the stain and don't use to much it will damage the clear bra. This should be used as a last resort.
