Panel Puller to remove front facia, what's is look like?

Looks like I will need a panel puller to remove the front facia as part of the SC install. Anybody have a pic of one? I can't find one via google.

Never heard of a panel puller for front facia. Pulled mine when I installed the new heritage grille. The easiest way is to remove two front wheels. Remove the two fender liners (5 push pins and 5 torqx screws). Remove facia screws on top where hood latch is and I believe it was four screws per side from within the wheel well holding the facia to body work. Lift slightly and slide off forward. Having done it once now I could have it off in 30 minutes. Hope this helps and good luck.

The Edelbrock instructions read:

9. Use a panel puller to remove the six body pins holding
the top of the fascia then use a 10mm socket to remove
the bolt at each end of the top of the fascia.

I have done this before and even though that is a panel puller in the picture it is not what you want to use. The plastic pins are a Two piece set up. You will want to use a flat head screw driver and pop up the inner pin then remove the whole thing. If you try to use the panel puller tool without poping up the center pinyou will break the clips. Take a look at the pins you will see a spot for the flat head to go under and pop up the pin. I hope this helps.

A small screwdriver will work.

yeh if you pull them out with the inner stub in it will smash them to get through the whole and then they wont be tight when they go back in..

The puller pictured above is more for pulling interior door panels with the serated plastic one piece pins. The front facia and front fender liners use the two piece push pins as mentioned above. DO NOT USE THAT TOOL as it will damage the two piece push pins. Really very simple.

You made me go out in the rain to take pics.....?
Anyway...A screwdriver CAN be used to remove the center portion of these clips, but our shop chooses to use the clip tool. We choose to remove these style of clips with the tool shown above so we don't slip off and gouge the surrounding areas. The fork style of the tool cradles the clip very well. The upper portion of the clip needs to be drawn up to release the inside of the lower portion of the clip. There is a small slot in the side of the lower portion of the clip for that purpose. Use the clip tool edge (one side of the fork) to lift the center portion of the clip first, then fully pull up with both sides of the tool. (this keeps the top of the clip from bending and distorting) After the center is pulled up/removed, then use the clip tool to remove the entire lower portion. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE THE WHOLE CLIP AT ONE TIME FROM THE BOTTOM FIRST WITHOUT RELEASING THE CENTER. This will damage the clip. I hope this clears up any confusion.
