Front driver side speaker and tweeter not working - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I just noticed that my front driver side speaker and tweeter is not working. Has anyone else had this problem? I have installed my an amp via splicing into the X1 connector. I did not touch the front wires at all. Should I take it to the dealership or take the door trim off to see if the speakers are connected?

Well since the audio system has been modded, I don't think the dealer will touch it. It will also depend on the dealer. But if I was to call TAC for diag help one of the first question they will ask me is if the system is modded, and if it is they will advise me that it will have to be put back to stock.

The first thing I would do is to check to make sure you are getting a signal to the speaker.
