Down to 2 options. Jannetty or Vector

After much research I've decided to go one of the two routes here. . .

1. Jannetty Racing hand held tune -$400
2. Vector tune with cable - $600

Has anyone compared the two tunes on the same car? Anyone of the two have better HP gain?

I would say Jannetty. Not only because he built me a 10 second car with 4 mods but who else is on here giving up his time and money for independent tests and answering everyones questions. Yeah Ted!!

Frank,

Just my experience with both of these vendors. I have yet to install my stuff, got a CAI, headers with high flowcats x-pipe, cam, upgraded valve train and tune. It is on the way. I e-mailed both vendors and told them what I wanted, actually e-mailed about 7 vendors total. One vendor consistently e-mailed me back, answered ALL my questions, provided great insight and knowledge, the other I have heard nothing from. Out of the 7 only 2 contacted me directly back by e-mail and answered my questions, the rest I haven't heard from

thanks for the info guys. . .

The free life tuning sound good, but the only other mod I'll be doing to the car is a Mag SC in about 2-3 years. . . and if I am going that route, I'll most likely get it tuned on a dino for best performance numbers.

The one think I do like about Vector is that they "custom" tune to your specific mods.

I bought all of my mods from Jannetty (ted). I love the fact that he has been able to tune for all of my additions. He answers all of my stupid questions and is very patient. ORDER from Ted!

By the end of this month Jannetty Racing will have the most 10 second, daily driver 2010 camaro's built by any shop. Don't get me wrong, all of these great shops build tremendous, high horsepower, works of art. But all of Teds cars are put to the test on the street and the TRACK, not just dynos. We all get our monies worth.

Something might be wrong with you systems, maybe?? I sent a PM to both you and Steve as well a few days ago, asking for a quote on a cam package, with LT headers, and a tune and haven't been responded to yet either, I realize you guys are most likely swamped from all the requests, but just letting you know.

We are pretty busy this time of year. We do however have full time people answering the phones and sales inquiries at sales@vectormotorsports.com or Kirk@vectormotorsports.com - even if I am in a car on the dyno I can still forward your email to our sales dept.

We only have 3 lines, so if you don't leave a message we will never know you called. Steve or I have very little time to go on any forums to check PM's, so it may take a few days for us to get back to you if you contact us that way.

You posted this the very next day after sending me the PM.

I have answered your PM. If you need more information check the above information to contact us directly.

Thanks for your support.
