ECS "DVL" Cam in the Gen V - Results and video!

This is a cam which we have use in LS3 Vettes for a few years now...in the vettes, its helped achieve prior records for the fastest "cam only package" (10.8 qtr mile) as well as a previous H/C record at 10.6 in the qtr mile. We've been anxiously awaiting the first Gen V to try this cam, and I'm pretty confident it won't disappoint.

This beautiful Black on Black Gen V is a LS3 car. It came to us with SLP 1 3/4 headers, and exhaust. We installed an ADM Cold air intake in addition to our "Devil" camshaft, along with new Manley double springs and a Katech C5R timing chain for reliability.

Stock LS3 cars have been laying down around 375rw on our Dynapack dyno, so this package yielded some pretty strong gains all the way acrocs the RPM range as well as providing a strong healthy idle - making it sound the way the Gen V should sound, IMO. But you can be the judge of that.

We didnt do a baseline pull on this specific car do the the crazy schedule of the shop this week, but as you can see below, we have laid the numbers on top of stock LS3 car from Camaro Fest. (actually all of the stock LS3 car we dynoed that day came in within 5rwhp, with this example being the median.)

It's a great cam, with good driveability and we hope to see some track times from this package soon!
