Hey, we need to have a corporate average fuel economy of 35 mpg by 2020! Any ideas? I know, lets put a v10 in the challenger!!! brilliant!

What's crazy is that it's looking like the replacement for the Viper!!! That sounds dumb! Sure, the Challenger is a nice car and has a lot going for it, especially with the V10, but it's not an all-out sports car like the Viper. The Challenger is a muscle car, plain and simple.

I'm not gonna lie, i would take that challenger any day, but not over a camaro with an ls9, but yeah, fuel would be an issue

Not practicle sure, but it is cool. An LS9 in a Gen 5 Camaro isn't practicle either, but I sure would like to see one.

I guess I'm one of the few to actually like the look of the Challenger. If God was mean and didn't give us the 'maro then I'd definitely be looking at one.

I was thinking this same thing too until I found out the pricing and test drove one. I want to own a car not 2 tons of bricks.

Correct about the price, if they had it lower it would be MUCH more appealing. I haven't test driven it yet so I can't really comment on that haha

Make the whole thing one cohesive color and it would be appealing. Looking like they replaced the hood, trunklid and spoiler with the wrong color looks horrible.

yeah that cafe start then, not now. so they might as well get it out of their system. i think it looks pretty nice.

Same here. Back in the 90s it was miserable when they were systematically killing off the quick cars--supra, rx7, 300zx... all that was left was mustank and camaro/firebird (whose days were numbered). Many were wondering if anything would survive and look where we are now--everybody's getting back in the game. Bring it on! The good ol' days are right now!
