I am running the BORLA "S" cat back system on my camaro, with no problems yet.
However with the cat back system it doesn't remove any of the stock sensors.

Would the ATAK by any chance do that?

I wanna do a 1 Mod every year and this year
I want it to be an exhaust. And just the mufflers would do

If you are only doing an axle back set up you should have no problems at all.
O2 sensors and others are from the cats and up further towards the engine.
That being said I am running an L99 Auto trans and the resonator was a MASSIVE restriction point and it also showed that it was a major hot spot as the metal was a bright blue which indicates major heat, something you may want to consider, just my opinion but the cat back is easy to install and gets rid of the flow restriction at the resonator, with very little cabin drone.
Not to mention it sounds bad a$$ now.

I have headers, and have since removed the rear sensors.
you will be just fine on an axleback.
