Wow. The one who ended up under the truck, started out in the cab! Seriously stupid.
As a side note, at least in Illinois, everyone in the bed can recieve a seatbelt citation, if they are over 17. If they are under 17, the driver can recieve one for everyone not wearing one. Not only is it unsafe, I know most of us have done it, but it's also potentially illegal. |
