Granted, the people are in the bed of the truck, but people fly out of cars and the cabs of trucks like this every single day due to the simple force generated as the truck tumbles over and over.

Wow. The one who ended up under the truck, started out in the cab! Seriously stupid.


As a side note, at least in Illinois, everyone in the bed can recieve a seatbelt citation, if they are over 17. If they are under 17, the driver can recieve one for everyone not wearing one. Not only is it unsafe, I know most of us have done it, but it's also potentially illegal.
