Ordering Borla ATAK exhaust - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Has any one had issues ordering from souther car parts.com? The exhaust is $100 cheaper than any other place. The guy stated that all resellers have to order from Borla then wait for it to come from them before they can ship to the customer...so they pretty much don't keep them in stock.

Plenty of vendors keep Borla in stock. As a matter of fact, we will have a couple dozen Borla exhaust systems in stock soon.

We haven't nailed down exactly what our pricing will be just yet, but I will say that we will be in a position to compete with anyone.

This is true, but on a hot item like this everyone has there orders in.

I ordered my Borla S-Type from southern car parts. No problem what-so-ever.

Had it to me in less than a day.

Not trying to threadjack but I was thinking of ordering the same thing from him. Are you happy with the system? I think the ATAK sounds amazing but it may be too loud for everyday use IMO. I want noticeable but not LOUD.

We stock Borla and have the Atak axlebacks in stock. As for the catbacks, they are supposed to be done next week. This is a hot item, and to first run sold REALLY fast. Now all the vendors are waiting on the second run to finsih next week. I have agood chunk of what I ordered on that run sold. It's one of those things where you are gonna have to wait in line somewhere unless you are extremely lucky.
