Sirius question

OK so here's the background:

I have a Sirius lifetime subscription and a Stiletto 2 that I play through the Aux port.

I want to install the Metra double din adapter with a Pioneer Avic-Z120BT (Sirius ready touch screen head unit).

I hate the sharkfin, but I don't think that the super small, low-profile Sirius antenna will cover all the holes that would be left by taking the sharkfin off, and I really don't want to do paint work to the roof (too easy to see if not done perfectly on a black Camaro!).

Is there an antenna adapter that will allow me to use the XM sharkfin to receive Sirius signals and send them into my Pioneer head unit? Or can someone tell me how far apart the mount holes are for he sharkfin, the distance from the outside of each hole so I know how large of an area I would have to cover?

Sorry for the long question, but would really like to de-clutter my interior and get rid of my center console mounter Sirius Stiletto.

I would like to know too. In PR there is Sirius but no XM, so I don't have a choice.

That "lifetime subscription"....whose lifetime is it? I heard it was the radio's lifetime and my old one burned out after 2 years. Just wondering.

Sloride 5, I'll PM you in a minute.

As for the lifetime subscription it is my lifetime. I originally had a Sirius sportster radio, but then I upgraded to the Stiletto 2 and I transferred my subscription to it. I got the lifetime subscription for around $400-500 about 4 years ago (2006) and so it has already paid for itself. Love Satellite radio, but need to get Howard and Bubba!

Cheers,
George
