MEET MERLIN. HE'S BEEN DROPPED!

MEET MERLIN. HE'S BEEN DROPPED!

Pete and myself just got back from a hugh Pedders event at Back Street in Medina, OH. We had 80-90 cars there, and not really sure how many people. We were packed.

I am not sure why, but I always refer to our special rides as a "she." Maybe it is great love for the car. I will also say the love of our cars is much more a guy thing than a girl thing. BUT, there are a serious amount of ladies out there that have all the same passion as us guys. And guess what? They name their sweet rides male names! LOL I think this is so cool.

I had the absolute distinct pleasure of working on a 6 cylinder RS Camaro with OE 20's The VERY proud owner has named her, or him Merlin. So to the great Camaro community, I would like to introduce you to Merlin after he as been dropped with Pedders, upgraded his subframe bushings, and front radius rod bushings:

Now this is why Merliin is loved so much. We call this our Pedderized smile, which was taken after her extended road test

thanks,
mike

Love Imperial Blue Metallic... and I know that Pedderized grin well; it's like permagrin on turbos lol. Love the way my car rides and handles with the Pedder's setup. Well worth the money!!

Merlin was terrific before being Pedderized. Now he's absolutely amazing!! Thanks to everyone who worked so hard and so long to make sure everything was done to perfection.

Sure Merlin is great, but it's the people I get to meet because of him that really make owning a Camaro a truly wonderful experience :-)

Mike,

Wish i could have been there, but it was my brothers wedding (had a great time). I have to get my supercharger in and then i will see how the stock suspension holds up.

The first Camaro I ever drove. Love Merlin sooooooooo much.

Pedders did a hell of a great job with him. Even better now that the Airaid's in there.

Merlin is heading out to Marietta, Ohio tomorrow on some nice, winding roads through hills. Since he's never gotten to pass on a two-lane I think tomorrow will be just the perfect day to see how much fun that's gonna be :-)

Thanks again to all who worked on him and it was definitely a pleasure to meet so many fellow car addicts!

The city street in front of the shop could be smother. It is a concrete road that a lot of trucks use. BUT it is a great place for us to test street suspensions for rattles and noise. We have rural roads just a few blocks from the shop that are smooth, and of coarse Mid Ohio and Nelson Ledges Race Tracks are where we test the race suspensions.
