PowerAid throttle body spacer?

http://www.apex-speed.com/index.php?...oduct_id=29782

I ran across this on the Apex Motorsports website. I read the product description, but I'm still not sure what it does and if it's even worth the money. Does anyone have this part? If so, what does it do?

It is suppose to spin the air into the intake faster, and produce more HP. I bought one for a Dodge Dakota I had and the only thing I actually saw was a tad bit and I mean a tad bit better gas mileage. Other than they do nothing. Pretty much a waste of money.....

I ordered the Cold Air Inductions inc. intake last month. I doubt I'll have it any time soon though. Exhaust will be here in a few days and headers will be here in about 2-3 weeks. I had no idea what a throttle body spacer did, so I'm glad I didn't waste my money on that nonsense.
