Wednesday Test and Tune - San Antonio

Hey all...thought I'd start a thread much like the Friday night one and see who wants to head to the track on Wednesday nights.

I say Wednesday since there are typically less cars there to run and you can get more time on the track vs sitting in the staging lanes like Saturday nights!

Cost is $20 to run, 13.5 or faster you'll need a helmet, long pants and no open toed shoes are allowed.

Mike (Silver Bullet) and I went last Wednesday night and ran about 9 or 10 times in around an hour! Had a good time, maybe 15 or 20 cars total were there and of those, only 10 or so was running (so pretty much hot lapping!)

I am thinking about going again tomorrow night (9 Jun)...and wanted to throw it out there to see if anyone else is interested?

wow i was actually about to post this same thing! ha. I will be there tomorrow night! goin to the track in Seguin though... prolly be there around 7. A friend of mine just bought a Lexus 350 F or somethin? has like 416hp i think, should be fun! just hope it does not rain, but if it does ill try again friday.

Legend, do you live near 281 and evans? Saw a car that looked like yours last friday night. Woulda pulled up next to ya but I wasnt in my car. Look forward to meetin ya tom though!

I may or may not be there. According to the news there's supposed to be a good chance of rain tomorrow, so we'll see. I don't know how tired I'll be from the cruise up to austin in the morning

Yep...weather is kind of 'iffy today but it'll be nice and cool if the rain stops so I'm going to wait for the afternoon to say if I'm going or not.

...and yes, it's San Antonio Raceway. I never think of saying where it is or what the name is as there is only one in SA...I know, I know...not everyone knows that! My bad...

But let's see later today...make a call and if not, next Wednesday it'll be!

Good night at the track...Josh and Christian showed up and we ran for a couple hours. Good to meet both you guys!!!

My best time was a 12.91 @ 112...slowest was (I won't count when I missed second!) 13.2 @ 110...pretty consistent 60 ft times finally too...2.0 or 2.1 all night! Got 12 or 14 runs in total...

Learning to launch this thing and getting better!!!

Hope to see more folks out there next week!
