i noticed that the concepts front bumper is different from both the v6 and the ss...it seems a little smaller with a little extra on the bottom...can a custom shop make me a front bumper with that exact same look? Those with body kit and structure knowledge is it doable?

if you notice in the victory red thread the front bumper even on the rs looks like its a little taller and longer and changes the stance a bit

I realize also that the fog light placement might have to be moved to recreate the concept front...is that doable?

Fog lights seems to be in the same place, just smaller holes in the concept (not recessed). The bumpers are pretty much the same from what I see. I think if you cut out the lower vent slots like in the concept, that's probably all you would really need to do.
