Just installed my retro quarter panel gill trim
Finally got some quiet time today at the shop to install my retro chrome and black side gills.
I first cleaned the rear quarter panels where these install with 99% isopropl alcohol to get off any wax so that the 3M tape adheres properly. I lined them up then pulled the strips while holding it in place. The manufacturer made them so that you can pull the plastic strips off the tape easily while installing... nice. The fit is absolutely perfect and the style is identical to the ones from the 68-69 Camaro!  Anyhow, here's the pics... wish the lighting was better. |

I know this is an old thread but where did you ge tthose gills and wheels?

Looks great - I get many compliments on mine and they've held up great since installing in mid-summer.
