Yesterday I Officially Changed My Order - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Yesterday I went to the dealer and changed my interior from Gray Leather to Black Leather, and I opted to put Polished Wheels on my RS Package. And, it did not affect my order time. Anything can be changed by December when the orders are officially pulled for allocations.

So, now this is what my order looks like:

2SS Coupe
6-Speed Manual ( 6.2L LS3 V8)
Exterior: Rally Yellow
Interior: Black Leather
RS Appearance Package (Option)
20 inch Polished Aluminum Wheels (Option)
Black Rally Stripes (Accessory)
Performance Cat Back Exhaust (Accessory)
Performance Shorty Headers (Accessory)
Body Colored Molded Splash Guards (Accessory)
Rubber Floor / Trunk Mats (Accessory)

It is up on some Chevy Dealer computers, but by the time December rolls around for allocations it will be set for all of them!

Does anyone have a picture of the gray interior in current cars? I'm really thinking of going cyber gray with gray interior.

How did your dealer go about changing your order? You didn't have to cancel and resubmit did you????

Also, big question on the polished wheels w/ the RS package...you were able to do that??? Cheryl P. on another "Camaro" forum said this wasn't available yet, and no one is able to add that option (Q9J) until mid-November?

I just want facts!!!!!!!!!!

Tell us about the experience you had w/ changing your order....and if you were able to change w/o cancelling and resubmitting....

So you were able to "change" your order, or did you have to "cancel" your previous order, and resubmit??

I changed my order on a form, he took the old one, because until December the car orders arn't pulled until the allocation comes up. I believeed he called Chevrolet who have our orders so they can count and told them the changes. And as for the Polished Wheels with the RS Pack, he could change it in his dialog on his computer but it said that it won't recognize the change till mid-November. But, all changes can be made until the order is pulled. Just like any other car you order!

If he added the polished wheels? it kicked out the RS package! ......I would check it out right away..........................

So is it $470 if you opt for the polished wheels? Or is it choice when you get the RS package?

I believe it is additional to the RS package price.
