quickly getting worn out...
i have seen a bunch of threads about the leather not being able to hold itself that well, and i agree. i went to the dealership the other day for a service and while i was waiting i went to go look at all the unsold camaros. they were in pristine condition.
compared to the unsold camaros, there is a lot of wear on my steering wheel and shift nob. and the drivers seat looks leather looks like its been driven for 200K miles. i dont abuse my car or anything, and i love it, but damn this leather situation is terrible. |

Sorry to hear that. I was one of the first to get my Camaro and it's still pristine leather. I did pay for the protection package, but I'm not sure how much a difference that makes. Mine's a daily driver too.

My seats still look great....I do have a few nicks on my steering wheel though....they are tiny and probably my own fault (all these rings
) but...otherwise all my leather is still pristine...

Hmm, I have Sportcloth seats... however, for the Leather Steeringwheel and Shift knob... I just drive with Racing gloves LOL... Keeps the leather in topnotch condition! =D

cloth seats do have some advantage then
![]() i have no problem with my cloth seats and is still very comfortable with no wearing after 23,000 miles as for the steering wheel, i try not to keep my hand in the same spot for a long period of time, switch it around to prevent cracking and what not

I've had my car for 11 months, and my seats still look brand new. Well not brand new but almost brand new. The only thing that has kinda faded and wore out is the shift knob. I have almost 20,000 miles on my car too.
So

Had my car one year with over 14,000 miles.
Steering wheel, shift knob (but I do have an auto) and the leather seats look perfect, just like the first day i picked it up.
