Wow...you gotta red Hydoshield....mines blue. Is the red better than the blue?....LMAO.

Sorry, sometimes people get into too much detail on this site. The red does look different and I do wonder if it is an upgrade to the blue or if Injen just ran out of blue hydroshields?

I'm very happy with my Injen CAI....it definetly changes the sound of the engine on take offs and I have noticed a bit better throttle response.

Theyre all the same. You can order blue red or black.

OP- looks good but you better get out there and get the engine compartment cleaned up a bit..that cover's looking preetttyyy dusty!

Congrats on the purchase, the Injen is an awesome system, I'm sure you'll be very pleased.

You can order what color you want. I ordered red and it came with my intake. Then a few weeks later for no reason I got a black one in the mail from Injen. I have no idea why but hey, I'll take free stuff!

took me about hour and half since im mechanically challenged... i took the wheels off since i had power tools and a jack. some member on this forum said they did it w/o taking the wheel off. they just turned the wheel all the to left or right. oh and you need to remove the stock windshield water reservoir and replace it with the aftermarket water jug that comes with the intake system. unfortunetly for me, something was wrong and windshield fluid leaked from the new reservoir so autoanything is sending me a new grommet to see if that will fix the problem.
