What type and heat range are the stock LS3 spark plugs?

Wanted to find out about the heat range and type of spark plugs on the Camaro SS LS3. Any benefit in changing the spark plugs out with a tune?

Stock plugs are perfect unless you're adding big boost or Nitrous.

that's what I was thinking, but I've got a friend swearing up and down I should change them out. Iv'e told him the stock plugs are sufficient for my application and even highly modified cars are running stock plugs with no issues.
