what is your reasoning behind getting the cutouts? If it's for sound, honestly, LSx engines sound like an old beat up farm truck with cutouts unless it has a cam.

I have the QTP cut-outs installed on my 2010 SS and they are awsome. Sounds totally kick-ass, not to to loud but loud when you stomp on it. Everyone that has heard them loves them, even my 80yr old Mom loves them just as much as I do.They definately don't sound like an old beat up truck, they sound more like nascar.
Just open and close them at idle, less presure on them. Mine work fine never had a problem, they close tight with no leaks. As far as power, Don't notice any faster or slower, drives the same, but the sound is amazing. I get thumbs up from people all the time. Check out the U-tube video with the Camaro. |

I have had them on my Chevelle for three years now with no leaks or any other issues.

Ive had mine for a few months now, not a single problem..Only open and close them at idle. I do think I lost some low end power however, Top end seems good.

My beat up farm truck sounds awesome! No problems with leaks, get compliments all the time. Never noticed any loss in power.
