Gm Performance Mufflers

Hello, Seen that the GM Performance mufflers are leaking around the clamps on the stock pipes that where cut. Took it to a Dealer and they looked at it and said that they are sopost to leak. They said that they will pass PA inspection. Anyone know why the exhaust is sopost to leak? We think it is and they will not fix them do to $$$$$$$$$$$$

Get that in writing, so you can sue them if you or someone else in your car gets sick from the exhaust.

No they are not supposed to leak at the hangers.
Thats a factory bad weld and things like this is exactly what a warranty is for. Push the issue if you want it fixed or let it go, your choice.

The Dealer cut the stock mufflers off. They put the GM Performance mufflers when the car came in to them, from the truck. They used clamps and did not reweld.Lets see if I can get some pictures...

Excuse me!!

Holy Shit.

But your mufflers are rusty and that should not be the case with a quality product. Dam it, how much you paid for those cans man... wouldnt be better if you considered real stuff like borla or magna flow??

Holy shit X 2 .

Man your mufflers look like a fisherman 1977 jeep muffler driven in the salt sea water for ages.

Return them back to GM. YOUR Camaro deserves better
