Borla ATAK vs S Type (Cat Backs )
OK, I have a question. Why are both the Borla ATAK and the S Type cat back systems the same price?
I thought the ATAK was louder and better than the S type, or at least louder.

One isn't any better than the other, its just a difference in sound level. They are both really nice systems just set up for different personal preferences.

Thanks for the info. Kinda weird to pay the same price for diff decibels in audio. Now the tough part S or ATAK.....

I have read this somewhere, but don't quote me:
Touring with Long Tube Headers S-Type with Shorty Headers Atak with stock manifolds unless you just want it loud and don't have neighbors. Then you can use Atak with long tubes headers

True, I have LT and ATAK and can roll through my neighbor hood and no one knows. Only loud when you step on it!

For us the Stinger is cheaper than the Atak. If you were to look at the mufflers on both systems the Atak muffler has a lot more work in it.
