kooks and slp axle back
im looking to buy a full exhaust system for my 10 camaro 2ss i saw this one vid of 10 camaro with kooks 1 7/8 headers and slp axle back loudmouth . can these to work together cuz each of them saying only there axle back , x pipe or exhaust system will only work with there brand . and i really like the sound of that one .

yes they work together pretty well, I used that combo for about 2 years and the sound was great except a little drone in the 1800-2000 rpm range

it seems very difficult to find a non-catted mid pipe that does not emphasize that it is only for kooks and oem exhausts

I ran Kooks headers with Kooks Hi-flow cats into the stock big resonator (L99/auto) and replaced the stock mufflers with SLP Loudmouth II's. That was a perfect combo for me. Then the resonator developed a "rattle" from a loose baffle and I replaced the resonator with a X-pipe (straight unmuffled) and the sound is very good --- with a little drone at 1800-2000 rpm. Everything bolted up fine. Just remember, the auto and manual have different resonators in the middle and there are differences in sound. Also you probably want the AFM tuned out on yours if it's an auto.

Cant find any threads on the forums regarding where to get an X pipe connecting 1 7/8 kooks LT's to a Axle back Loudtmouth II on a LS3
