Charlotte NC MEET AND GREET CLUB INFO MEETING-EVERYONE INVITED!!! 8/7/10
Hey All,
We are meeting again to start our New Camaro5 Club. Below is the information you will need to plan for this event. Please sign up to attend at this site-www.camaro5.com/forums/calendar.php?do=getinfo&e=244&day=2010-8-7 that way we can have a head count and plan our event. Last meet we had 22 cars attend and are hopeful for the same this time. At this meeting we will discuss Club name, Club dues, and Club logo for t-shirts. Also we will discuss upcoming events we will attend for future meets. Please come out and join us and help Charlottes Camaro5 club get started. Meet and greet for all camaro5 owners in the Charlotte NC area. Location: Panara Bread Company North Lake Mall Just off I-77. Hey All,
Well I am back from vacation and ready to get our club started. Just a few things to add to the above post. We have added this to our schedule for August 7th. We will meet from 7:00am till around 11:00 and then for those that are interested we will head over to Charlotte's ZMaxx Dragway for the ALL-Star National Muscle Car Nationals. This is a Huge event that will showcase eveything Muscle car!!! Tickets are $25 and avaliable at the gate. The NEW Camaro needs to be well represented at this meet and I think it would be great for any and all of us that can to attend. As I mentioned before we will cover- Club name, Club Logo for our shirts, Club yearly dues, and future club meets. We had originally discussed getting together with the Triangle Camaro club for a visit to the Nascar Hall-of-Fame, but this has fell threw. But this is definitely a event we will do in the coming months. Again, just let me say we are serious about getting this club going. Please sign up and come out and join us August 7th. Hey All,
Well here is another update on the August 7th Meet and Greet. We will start getting together around 7am but nothing will get started on the club info till around 8am. So plan accordingly. We will be discussing Club Logo and will vote on a name for our New Club, so everyone be thinking of some good names that represent our bad=ass cars. All Family members are invited, as we would like this to be a family event club. So wives and kids are welcome to attend. We have discussed yearly dues for this club, but have decided the best thing to do is everyone pay a $20 fee that will be for the cost of your club t-shirt. Vince Johns who is a local artist will be doing the art work as well as the printing of our club shirts. After talking with several new members we think its best to do a "Pay as you go" type club. In other words, members will help decide club events we attend and then everyone will pay there part to join in the event. THE MAIN PURPOSE OF OUR NEW CLUB IS JUST TO BE ABLE TO GET TOGETHER AND SOCIALIZE,TALK ABOUT CARS AND JUST SIMPLY HAVE A GOOD TIME!!! No politics is our motto. Come out and join us!!! Also around 11am on August 7th, we have decided to go to the All-Star Muscle Car Nationals at Z-Maxx Dragway in Concord. For all that would like to go with us please feel free to let us know. But also don't feel like you have to go to be a part of the club. Its simply up to you. Cost is $25!! Come and plan to spend the day and get to know your future club members. I guess thats about it for now. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me. Looking forward to meeting you guys August 7th. More info to come......

and of course... I'm scheduled for reserve weekend in Fayetteville.....
 GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone want to hang around for a few hours afterwards? I'll make the drive out there after work on Sat. lol
