Big thumbs up to Rob at Wretched Motorsports in Westfield, MA for his exemplary customer service.
I placed an online order with Wretched Motorsports for an expensive body part for my Camaro. This was my first order with Wretched. The order was handled well, pricing was competitive and the delivery was very quick. ![]() Unfortunately, when I took the part to my body shop for install, we discovered no installation instructions or mounting hardware were included in the packaging. In addition, during the test fit, we had other problems. The part didn't fit right and clearly wasn't going on the car without major fabrication. Not wanting to make this additional investment, I immediately e-Mailed Rob and asked for next steps. At this point, I was just hoping to get a replacement expedited for the one that didn't fit.Rob was back to me in 5 minutes and told me to expect a call from the manufacturer the next day. After a few days went by with no call, I contacted Rob again. He sent another e-Mail to this company...and another....and another. He also called multiple times trying to get me help. After many attempts, Rob threw up his hands and told me to return the defective part to him for a full refund. He took me out of the middle and said he would deal with the manufacturer himself later. ![]() Some time past, almost a month to the day after the initial inquiry, and I finally got a call from this company. They will remain nameless as I choose to take the high road and not say anything unless it's nice. By then, it was too little...too late as Rob had already stepped in and bailed me out.I have no doubt Wretched Motorsports will probably be stuck with this defective part based on how this company does business, but Rob refused to let them hang me out to dry and has since ceased doing business with this company to make sure none of his other customers get caught like I did. Bottom line....Rob at Wretched Motorsports stands behind everything he sells even if the manufacturer won't. If anyone is looking for Pedders suspension gear or any of the other products Wretched Motorsports still sells, buy online from Rob with confidence. He's a first class guy who runs a first class operation. ![]() ![]()
