Supercharged Gas Mileage Camaros

Now that a lot of member's Camaros have been Supercharged by Maggie's, Edelbrocks and others, how big of a gas mileage difference, better or worse, did you notice over the stock engine? Thanks.

I never bothered to check my mpg pre SC. However, I have been running with the EForce for a couple thousand miles now and the car's computer tells me 18mpg average.

Had my supercharger since day 1..... so I have no idea. Actually, thought it was supposed to get better gas mileage. But, then again, I guess it's all in how you drive her.

I get the same or better gas mileage, although I hardly ever drive it the 'same'

When cruising around it should be the same but of course when driving it like you stole it, mpg will suffer.

25 MPG on Power Tour, averaging 65-75 mph. All highway. Mixed/town we see 16-18. We honestly didn't see much difference before and after.

Thanks, I appreciate the replies. Just trying to get a ballpark idea of what the the Z/28 with the LSA would get MPG in the real world. It seems that the Maggies and Edelbrock did not do much to hurt the MPG if driven conservatively. My 03 HD S/C Ford truck gets 15 mpg up hill, down hill or over a cliff with a tail wind, it does not seem to matter. I was hoping the Z/28 might get 20 or better. It might be wishful thinking.
