Has anyone tried PYPES performance Exhaust?? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I installed a set of PYPES PERFORMANCE EXHAUST #SGF 52 Cat-bach with 4" tips.2 weeks now.
For my synergy green v-6 They look nice and sound good,but has anyone else tried these???
I took them to a local muffler shop to put them on and 3 hrs later and many problems there on. DON'T TRY TO DO IT YOUR SELF cause they don't fit all that good.I 've called tech support and I hope they will work with me I even had to space the cross support for now till I get one stepped down.please lmk if anyone else is having this problem!! should I send them back and eat the install cost or keep them ?????? they say they are the same for a v-8 car just bigger tips. PLEASE LMK

I find it hard to believe that a muffler shop cannot help you out with the install. Did they have a pipe bending setup ??
This is on of the reason I went with Solo Performance for my exhaust. Actually they are in the Buffalo Area not that far from you. I did mine my self and love the sound ! Might want to check them out maybe they can help or recommend something.

My shop made it work for now ! We didn't want to void the warranty. Pypes claims that all you need is a jack and jack stands .NOT even close. they also told us that we need to loosen the manifolds from under the car,which on a v-6 car the bolts are from the top. I guess at that point I should have realized that they need to go back in the box ,but we had to hear them and at least try to make them fit.looks like tomarrow we make them fit right ???
