Check with your chevy dealer on Monday. Are the LS mirrors painted ?, If so that will also cost a few bucks.

xpanda305x: If you only need to change the outer shell (meaning the mirror, the electrict motors and heater all are O.K.) It should be less that a $100 bucks.

I have not bought one but the TRANSAM also had fixed body mirrors and that was the price my buddies paid to get them when the car was new.

Bst of luck solving this,

WIGGLY?? AS IN "PERHAPS YOU CAN SCREW IT TIGTHER WIGGLY??"

If it is not that bad perhaps you want to find a Repair/Maintenance Manual and look at the disassembly section for the mirrors so that maybe you can "screw" it tighter or repair it without going all the way to buy a new one.

Then again if you intend to or used to take the car to its speed upper levels bear in mind the enormous pressure the wind exerts above 100mph (160kph) and how it might affect the mirror depening on the nature of your repairs.

Good luck !

How long have you been away from home???

Anyway, there are a few 2010 CAMAROS in town now... not very many though (fewer than a dozen) and majority of them are V6's and auto-V8's.

Just four (4) manual V8's in town, including mine.

Hope you can fix the mirror. Message from "acamaro" was di$$tre$ing.

For my VIN # (which is a 2LT RS SIM therefore has heated mirrors) - http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/ gave me part #s:

92235843 Driver side outside rear view mirror, unpainted. GM LIST: $168.90
gmpartsdirect.com PRICE: $99.65

92235844 Passenger side outside rear view mirror, unpainted GM LIST: $92.61
gmpartsdirect.com PRICE: $54.64

The Driver's side is more expensive due to the self-dimming feature on that side.

I considered the LED mirrors mod and wanted to know the core charge replacement.

Check with their customer service customerservice@gmpartsdirect.com - give them your VIN # to ensure the part is for your trim and ask about availability.
