LPO options
When customers select LPO options when ordering, do customers get to keep the stock parts in addition to the LPO accessories? Example: when ordering 21" wheels, keeping stock 20s; Hurst shifter, keeping stock leather shifter; colored engine cover, keeping stock cover, etc...
I have heard conflicting reports. A dealer told me no they go back to GM or the dealer, I saw a post that said something about customer getting to keep stock wheels in addition to the $4800 wheel upgrade.

The customer keeps the origianal wheels and tires.

I asked that same question to the sales manager that placed my order and he said that they would be boxed up and given back to me...so...my dealer is giving me back the original parts.

Mine also told me that I could keep the original parts...that I had already paid for them, and there would be no reason for them to keep them. The only LPO options I ordered though were the shifter and the engine cover....I do plan on getting those back.
