Solo High Flow Cats Installed
Installed my Solo Performance high flow cats yesterday. They Installed very easily about 2 hours total time. They are flowing into the Mach X exhaust which has been on the car since March. Wow what a difference in the exhaust note especially at start up. This really woke up up the sound. No dyno results but I have to tell you I noticed an immediate difference in performance especially once the car starts pulling above 2000 revs. It appears the stock cats are very restrictive because the engine spools up so quick now I bumped the rev limiter twice on the intial ride. At 4000 rpm and above it sounds intoxicating. I put approx 150 miles of spirited driving couldn't help it. This is muscle car sound the way it should be. Think I skip the headers this is all I need!
