Taunted by Mustang GT owner, what would you do?
So I stop into my local drug store and park way on an end spot backed in on an angle.
There is at least a spot and a half space in the parking place next to me so there is no need to get near my car. While I'm walking out, a Mustang GT pulls in forward next to my backed in Camaro on the same angle about a foot away from my car. I say: You parked a little close Bud. He says: You don't have a passenger and neither do I. So why don't you just get in the car and go, while standing at the store door! (His pass door is a foot from my pass door and he's into my spot). I'm standing at the back of my Car, and at this point I'm giving him one of my deep stares, deeep. He turns away from me and walks into the store. Give me your thoughts people, I just need to vent. Did I do the right thing? I then decide, its not worth it, obviously this Mustang owner is jealous of my car and if the cops come they are liable to write me up for no front plate. WOW, just minding my own business some people are real IDIOTS!

You did the right thing by just walking away. Not worth your time or aggravation to get into an altercation over it.

You stared, that was enough. You did the right thing by not pursuing the matter any deeper. He was jealous. Nice Car!

he's a Musty stang owner there was nothing else you could have done he wasn't able to converse further that would require an IQ higher than room temp.

I never angle park, I try and find a curbed parking space and park there. I'd let it go, no worries nothing happened.

That's why you should always carry the Mickey Mouse card giving the finger about parking too close.. just leave it on the wiper as you leave... =)

The guy was a jerk no matter what he drove.
Speaking for myself, I never do or say anything to someone unless they actually do something (bump my car, say something first, etc) because I know I'm fixing to be leaving my car unattended. Unattended, and parked next to a guy I just upset. |
