Well Hylton, That Is usually how it goes well atleast at my Store..BUT the problem here is that this store was just opening for the day..I guess
It is different when my store is a SUPER CENTER, and open 24/7..
But they should have had some form of security or police there.. but that is entirely up to the store MGR.

Oh and on a side note. I did hear from My store MGR, that Home Office Is considering closing that store, bad publicty and all..
A Man died and all they are concerned with is Bad PR..

His Family will be set for life.. walmart will pay through the nose to make his family happy for fear of a lawsuit..

I wonder if the amount that Wall Mart collects from the insurance policy they have on him will equal the amount they give to the family. Walmart holds what are known as dead peasants policies on all their employees, it's just sick that they will most likely make money off of this.

I probably could have said that better. I meant that they had trouble getting the people out of the store. Instead of leaving the sale, they turned around and went back to shopping. When the store was closed, shopping would be impossible. The point I was making was that people wouldn't leave the store when asked politely, and that disgusts me.

I believe what he was referring to was the fact that they were asking people to leave the store because they were closing it and some people initially kept shopping and refused to leave. They also reopened the store later in the day.

They should pull credit/debit receipts for the first 30 minutes and arrest every person.

Absolutely the saddest thing Ive heard today.
