Clunk or Pop in front end after parked

I have been hearing a "clunk" or "pop" noise at a slow speed after the car has been parked. After starting the car and driving forward 50 feet or so I hear the noise and feel it through the gas pedal. It only does it once or twice when under 15 mph. Can't tell if its suspension or transmission related and it only happens right after car is initially started and driven a few feet. Does not happen on subsequent stops. Anyone else experience this or have an idea what it could be?

Happened for the first times yesterday and today. Started up, I always let mine idle for approx. 30 - 60 secs and then go. As I was backing out, I heard it. It was surprisingly loud.

I don't know if it's normal or not, but I haven't had any problems.

My does the same. I notice it only happens after I wash my car. I believe the soap and water gets between the pads and rotor and causes it to stick. If you notice every time you wash your car the rotors are always slightly discolored ....almost looks like surface rust.

ABS brake system self check. Common to every vehicle, just to a different degree. Some you notice, some you don't.
