Owning both I can tell you that the cars are very similar. The 2LT and 2SS interiors are the same (except mine is orange with a manual and hers is black with an auto). The only reason I got an SS over an LT is because I'm a speed junkie. The V6 is a great car and fun to drive, but it doesn't deliver the goods where I need it.

Actually, a real stand up guy would copy the entire posts in context rather than snipping out certain parts.

Anyone for a game of twister.

This thread, is so doggone ridiculous. Grouchy, people trying to prove that the owner of a V6 is any less of a worthy enthusiast than those who own a V8.

Good grief, young kids are getting killed in drive by shootings and this kind of silly dialogue goes on

This a Camaro. Who really gives a rats rear end which is more worthy than the other.

I just hope that if you are an owner, you like the car, regardless and enjoy it. I know I do and I try to encourage others to also

If there had been a SGM Package in an SS in 2010 I would have bought. I got mine to have 1 of the 2,425 in the world and I could careless that SGM is also a 2011 color, there so far is not a 2011 SGM Package on a SS and I dont expect there will be from everything that has been posted.

Clean it up, folks -- there's no reason for this discussion to even exist.

Package like with an RPO, not a color. Stitching, RS spoiler, backup sensors.

i think what you state has substance, because the L.S for example is maybe 5,or 6% of TOTAL production for the world..IF the 'general" continues to produce a limited number of 'em,then it is possible they could be a scarce commodity 20 years from now!.(g.m.) does have the ability,AND capacity in oshawa to change the "percentage" of production at will, however i really do NOT believe they will do that over time because as you said, and i agree, the 8 is far more popular, and more profitable than a lightly equipped 6.

don't bet your base Camaro on it.

but ok, you win this bench racing game. Your V6 Camaro is fasssssssssttt. Just dont find yourself lined up against a SS or a GT or even a 2011 Mustang V6....or a certain Alpine White M3. coulda woulda shoulda

Hey, I didn't disrespect anyone but grouchy people.

I did, however, poke fun at some of this silliness! I admit to that.

Kumbayah Camaro people!
