Heavy heart

I had to make a decision (you guys are like THANK GOODNESS) and I have gone through it in my head a million times. I've thought about this for 2 weeks. Everyone knows how much I loved my Camaro, BUT considering the fact that the weather is hell on these cars as a daily driver (not looking forward to ice and snow) and that I can't throw my bike in and go ride, I've decided to go with the Explorer. It is with a VERY heavy heart. I loved it so much but this will be more PRACTICAL:( I hate praticality. I'll have another someday, or maybe even the new Vette that is coming next year! I'll still be lurking on here though living
vicariously through my good ol' Camaro5 friends! What's cool about you guys and girls is that you "get it." Thanks for all the great info and if anyone in OKC is looking for a new 2012 2SS/RS black on black, it's sitting at Bob Howard in Edmond. I'd rather one of you have it then someone that won't love it.

You should just move to Arizona! It's going to be in the mid 70's for the next couple of weeks.

That is to bad :-( But I understand. If I didn't also have a Tahoe I wouldn't have one either.

I've seen several folks put in your position (practicality).

It's always pretty warm here so that wasn't part of the decision making process on their practicality vs. awesomeness choice.

All of them are kicking themselves in the ass for not going with the Camaro. I wish you well and best of luck with your Explorer. I also hope you're the exception to the rule.

I have a CR-V for the "other" duties. I also could not have just the Camaro.

What a shame!!!
I have my vert stored for the winter and I will be driving our older minivan for the winters.
My wife will be getting a new SUV and therefore we will have 2 practical cars and 1 summertime fun as we are in the same predicament as you.
But life is too short...that is why I got the camaro.

It's too bad you can't just get a beater to haul your bike and use when the weather is bad. I totally understand your situation but hate that you will always miss
"the one that got away".

Hate to see you buy something else. It's all your husbands fault. Just joking, hope you love your new ride.

That's funny !!!! .... .... and IMHO it's all your husbands fault that you will be in a Ford Exploder . Good luck to you and I hope you are happy with your choice . From your posts you seem like a nice person .
