Thanks, I like the way the car drives and performs!! I was actually silly enough to test drive a 2012 mustang gt with 3.73's in it. When they tried to give me 28K for my trade I walk out and left them a couple black lines in the parking lot!! The local Chevy dealer offer 28,550 letting me take off whatever I wanted to!! So after adding everything up I decided my wide was right an I'm keeping the car and adding heads, installing the gears and getting a set is skinnies and slicks for the track!!

Car cost $40,500
Mods into car currently: $27,500 Total spent on car so far: $67,500 Left to spend: $8000 Total when at the end of my project goal: $75,500 Course then I will probably blow the bottom end and need to add another $8000 in short block and installation, so lets just call it an even $83,000 by the time I am done!!! Seems like just yesterday I spent $450 for a Roto Fab CAI!!! What the hell happened.

With exhaust and current mods I'm just over $9K into mine. I paid $40K out the door in 2010 so I'm quickly approaching the $50K mark.

hmm i only got about another 1500 in mods i want car with 700 invest so far, but then again i'm trying to keep my warranty, paid an extra 2k for extended warranty thinking that there would be no way i'd want to upgrade this car (after all i went from a kia soul to this lol) and i'd be keeping it for a long long time. Wish i could cancel the extended warranty though and just put that 2k in mods lol. Though i suppose its a good way to hold me back from blowing my paychecks on a supercharger lol.

I gave up tracking this after my first round of mods. The less I think I have invested the better. I am about to drop another $10k this year and probably another $10-$15k next year. It just never ends. Unlike some people that can afford these high dollar builds, I will have to piece mine together every year.
