Thats not an invoice, thats a sales contract. You should get signed one when order is placed guaranteeing agreed on price.

I oredered my 2SS from Classic Chevrolet and they delivered it to me May 22. I live in Spring not 5 minutes from Munday I will not buy a car from them. I urge anyone in the Houston are to check out Classic Chevrolet in Sugarland. They are a great dealership to deal with. Never over MSRP on anything.

Anyone who preordered should have had one of those signed by the manager guaranteeing price. Now,preorders did not have specific price yet,so what you should have had them do is guarantee using MSRP or the word invoice as a guide. For example my buyer's order stated $500 over invoice. No add ons were listed and had it signed by GSM.

It is a sad day when you have to get lawyers involved in the car buying process, luckily for me a handshake was all that was needed, albeit I have bought 18 vehicles from this dealership which may have helped.

They must of read some of the emails. Looks like some progress there.

They changed the LS's price from 34 grand to $23,250 on the autotrader ad.

Edit: Just poped up as seller has removed this ad.

we did have a verbal and written agreement on the price which they even showed us as evidence that we wanted the "spoiler" (which was for the high wing/didnt come with the car)...we were to pay msrp for the camaro which was about 37,000+ with that spoiler...when we noticed the camaro didnt have it and the sticker price said msrp was 36k+ we wanted that price because thats what we agreed on was msrp...we didnt want to pay for something that wasnt on the car and the spoiler wasnt...so thats a big reason we believe they added the stupid protection plan...and also trying to rip me off on my trade in.

another bad thing was our dealer was sick for the whole week so we couldnt get a hold of him.

so yes we did have both agreements (verbal and written signed by us)...written was wrong and thats what screwed everything up.
