It happens....I definitely would take the opportunity to upgrade though and not replace it with stock. The ZL1 pump and a BAP is good for a ton of power.
I agree with Bill.

I'm running the stock 4.0 pulley with the ADM duel pump set up and made 666 rwhp. My boost is 8.5-9 psi on an 11.0 afr. So you may be making more power than you think....

I went with lonnies dual fuel pump, have had no problem and have heard nothing bad about his dual systems(maybe its out there but I didnt see it)seems to be working fine for me,and with 850s gives me room to grow, the price was a little better than a couple others out there, just throwing out another option for you, good luck

FWIW I picked up my car yesterday and it made 656/580 with a ZL1 pump and BAP. Mike Norris tuned it, and said the 60lb injectors that came with the Whipple were running about 65-70% DC. Injectors are rated at 43psi, and our cars operate at 58psi from the factory. 60lb injectors are capable of flowing 70lb/hr in our stock fuel systems if the pump doesn't run out of volume. there is a calculator here http://www.witchhunter.com/injectorcalc1.php4

I did not see where you said what your injector duty cycle is. if it starts getting over 80% your fuel pressure will being to drop trying to keep up. monitor you duty cycle, you can scan it in hptuners. if you are getting over 80, put in bigger injectors. even if you do need more pump, you won't know unless your injectors are right.

I took so long to write my post, this one appeared after I posted. so, either way, it's easy enough to log your duty cycle just to be sure. 70% would point to your pump without a doubt.

Vengeance is doing the tune remotely, so I don't have a way to look at duty cycle of the injectors. I'll double check the data stream on my scan tool, but I don't remember seeing it listed. It lists on time in ms I believe, but thats it.

The 60lb FIC injectors are fine for this setup for sure. Huffer used the same injector to run 10psi of boost at almost 700 rwhp without issue.....but he did have an lpe dual pump setup.

So far no one has stepped up to say they have the same combo with a BAP/stock pump without issue, but I know they are out there. It sure looks like everyone with a similar build is using atleast the ZL1 pump/BAP.

You need to take your car and get a tune from a good shop. Do some research as the tune is one of the most important pieces of a build.. you need to be on a loaded dyno to really dial in your setup

i ran 560rwhp with the kb on the 65lb injectors, at 8psi..went to a blower cam - dropped pulley and ran 10lbs boost and 660 rwhp on same injectors at approx 80% duty cycle..i also added the lpe twin and pulled the bap..as a safety measure...but i would assume with your stock whipple setup, and blower cam , you are approx 600rwhp..since you are still running the 4inch pulley...i,m just surprised that after you added the cam , you did not drop your pulley down to benefit the cam addition..i would def consider the dual pump and id850 if possible, then drop your pulley and run at 10psi..imo...

I'm over 600rwhp, 60lb injectors at 70% idc, bap all the way up on factory pump. But I am on the limits. Zl1 pump would be best if not planning on anything over 700rwhp

Do you have any track mph times to back that up? 666 is freaky high for that little boost. In fact I doubt you could even get 9psi with a 4" pulley....that's more boost than it produces on a stock LS3 engine straight from whipple?

I think PQ is using a BAP on his Maggie......not positive but might try PM'ing him.
