Well I hope they drop the law its stupid here in Mo you only have to have the front plate no rear. I mean mosted people do but if you dont its no big deal youd think they rather have the back plate I mean if someone commits a crime a drives away you go to look at his plate and your like oh ya I live in Mo LOL

For me it is 75% attitude as to whether or not I issue a citation.

Why? I mean, I know everyone tells me the truth when I ask a simple question (can you hear the sarcasm?) If I see 5+ entries in the past 2 years, you can bet "my" attitude is going to change because obviously that person is showing they just do not care to follow the traffic laws.

So how do you think we will do in Colorado with no front plate. I have not had a front plate on my truck since the nineties and no ticket yet. I think the Camaro stands out a bit more though. By the way, is your order moving up, got mine Monday. A great buying experience at Purifoy, hope you get your car soon.

If you are legally considered to be a resident of Washington DC, shouldn't you be more concerned about breaking the residency laws than the front license plate one?

TRUE
We do have bad days too!!

Ohio has a front plate requirement. I use that as more of a reason to stop
a car than to issue a citation. BUT as mentioned, drivers have a way of
talking themselves into the ticket.

I have a personal policy that I follow for ME. If I am in violation of a specific law, I WILL NOT write anyone for that particular violation. ie.. If my seatbelt is not on, I will not write the poor sap I just stopped for not wearing his. If my tags are expired, everyone gets a free pass on their tags until I get mine taken care of. Which leads me to .... I will not put the front tag on my camaro.... no more front tag tickets from me for as long as i have this dream machine!!!

Ihave not pulled a '10 Camaro over yet, but I have been pulled over in mine!!

Ditto! I am usually traveling above the posted speed limit :-) So I dont write speeding tickets unless they were driving while "stupid".
