I got "Les'd" this morning. Window tint and tail light tint. Forget about the people illegally lane changing and speeding down the road lol...

Anyone have stock rear suspension parts laying around you're looking to get rid of?
Somebody with a SS 2012 vert got a little carried away and smacked a curb while cutting donuts. Drivers side rear wheel is out of alignment. I havent seen it, but suspect stuff like upper and lower control arms, trailing arm and toe rod. Let me know what you got. Stock parts only.

Damn you're one month too late! I had all of it minus the control arms (mine wouldn't of fit)

I have toe rods and trailing arms. Do they need FE3 or FE4 lower control arms? I have a set of FE3 lower control arms that need to be swapped for the FE4 ones sitting in my closet. Was waiting on my sway bars to swap, but I could be persuaded to get it done sooner than later.

I'm pretty sure that 2012 convertibles still used FE3 sway bars, so your lower control arms would have worked.

Thanks.

Yes we bought it new in 2012. I'm not going to go into the whole deal, but we have had the check engine light with the oil pressure light on for three times now. It's been fixed two times. It's come back on yesterday from the Jeep dealer in Buford before we got on 85. This last time they put on an aftermarket part instead of an OEM Mopar part, which I was lied to stating that they were able to get an OEM one overnighted. What they did was went to the local auto parts store and picked up one! I was told that by the service director. Service manager stated that they were getting OEM. SD stated he didn't know why SM said that as he knew. I told him that nothing but OEM Mopar parts were to be installed on the vehicle. I called corporate about the problem today per the direction of the SD. They told me that someone would call me by Friday from the lemon group. I told them that it had not been fixed the third time yet, but the problem was that the part is on a 6K back order. They say I should be able to talk with them about them buying back the Jeep. We shall see.

Oh the part is the Oil Pressure Sensor. My consern with the whole thing is....how in the hell am I supposed to know for sure when I don't have oil pressure. The Jeep goes into limp mode. Try driving it back like that 6 hours from Myrtle Beach. They stated I would be able to make it with out tearing it up.

Those are quick cliff notes so the grammar is not proper, sorry lmao

Good luck with this. My buddy had a Ram 4500 and had all kinds of problems with it. Took a lawyer for them to buy that truck back, but eventually they did. Hopefully you have a better experience than he did. He has horrible luck with trucks, he test drove a Ford F550 and slung a rod out of the bottom of the block with 9 miles on it one time lol.

Well here is the latest. Corporate called yesterday and they said they will need to try and fix it one more time (I kind of figured that). If the next time this doesn't fix the issue then they said there are "plenty" of options we can choose from. One was a trade-in assistance program. I told them that the only thing that would make my wife happy is if they bought the vehicle back. They told me that was another option. Anyway we will see how this goes. They are calling me Monday to set up a time of when they can pick up the Jeep to take it to the dealer.
